5 Year Vision

5 Year Vision: Preparing space for orphans yet to come.

Over the next 5 years we are expanding our infrastructure to create room to rescue 300 more orphaned children. We will be growing our school at all levels and increasing our food sustainability.

Let’s make Heaven crowded.

We are ready to rescue more orphaned children, we simply need more room. When we look just beyond our doorsteps, the poverty is crushing, and more children are raising themselves, struggling to simply survive the day.

But these kids don’t just need shelter—they need family, education, food, hope. And we are determined to give it to them.

As a Jesus-centered organization, we want to make Heaven crowded. Every child we rescue is a soul with eternal value—a life that can be restored and empowered.

What’s the good news?

The good news is that we already have over 20 years of experience rescuing orphaned children in Northern Uganda. Our roots are deep and we are here to stay. Our staff is trained, ready and eager to rescue more children. Our community and church partnerships are flourishing. Additionally, we already own the land where the buildings will be constructed.

And we have already begun! Thanks to the support of our donors and being awarded a grant, we are well underway constructing the Otino Waa Secondary School addition. The next step in our 5 Year Plan is the expansion of the Otino Waa Primary School.

The total cost of the 5 Year Vision is approximately $2.2 million dollars.

If you are ready to play a deeper role in creating room for 300 more orphaned children, you can give a gift below. And we would love to connect—reach out to our Executive Director, Dave Shuping: dave@pathinternational.co

Here is what we are doing to create space for 300 more orphans:

  • Enlarge our primary and secondary schools to accommodate more students.
  • Strengthen food security and sustainability projects which will lower the cost of feeding a child.
  • Build A-Level school for graduates to continue their education while reducing the cost of higher education.
  • Expanding vocational training programs to empower graduates with practical skills for successful, independent futures.
  • Acquiring a satellite primary school to grow our Community-Based Care capacity.
