Remote Medical Outreach
Our second medical outreach for this year was held on April 23 at Sir Apollo Nursery and Primary School. Sir Apollo is one of our Community Based Care partner schools. Through this partnership, we are able to send children from that area to receive quality education, while also working to improve the school and benefit the community.
The outreach began by Pastor Denis and Pastor Rose sharing the word of God. The message was from Psalm 55:22 which says:
“Cast thy burden upon Jehovah, and he will sustain thee:
He will never suffer the righteous to be moved.”
After the message, 7 people received Jesus as their Lord and Savior!
Our medical team treated about one hundred people, mostly mothers and young children. Pastors were there counseling and praying for people into the evening. It was a great opportunity to touch the hearts and lives of the people of Ober.
